The no-build zone for the elf city is still 3x the size of the city limits (since summer 2018). Neither cheating on official PvP (since launch) and the broken dev kit (since summer 2018) have been addressed. 2019 until June/July this year before it was unpinned. The last Bug reporting topic has 224 comments until everyone just gave up trying to get any help from a 'dev team' and company that does not seem to give a damn about fixing this version.
